 Cooking with the Family

Did you ever want to have your children get first hand knowledge of the basics of Tuscan cuisine?  Cooking together as a family is an enriching experience for every member of the family and your children may be learning culinary traditions that will stay with them forever.

It's well understood that children who are involved in preparing food for the family are generally not picky eaters; they are adventuresome and appreciative of the process, developing a lifelong love of the rituals of the table.

The acclaimed chef and restaurateur, Signora Anna Bini, will hold the class for the family in her kitchen with the ingredients you will buy at the Mercato Centrale.

Your child will be introduced to the idea of Slow Food in Italy and why it has become a world-wide movement.
